Online Application of Building and Land Use Permits
The City Council of Port Louis informs the public in general that application for Building and Land Use Permit can be made online on the Government of Mauritius Business Licensing Platform:- https://business.edbmauritius.org
Applicants are hereby requested to register with an email address on the Government of Mauritius Business Licensing Platform in order to use the online service.

Occupation Certificate
In line with Section 120C of the Local Government Act 2018 where a building has been erected pursuant to a Building and Land Use Permit, application of an Occupation Certificate should be submitted ONLINE on the National E-Licencing System on the Government Portal https://business.edbmauritius.org as from Monday 1st April 2019 .
